Variety.
Every week, we’re in a new house, full of items we’ve never seen before, helping a new client. We’re essentially a pop-up retail store dealing with 100% fresh inventory with every new project. Each new house has somewhere between 2,000-6,000 items that need to be organized, staged, priced, and advertised. We come into contact with unique, beautiful items every day. The challenges we encounter change every week, and the job is always interesting and different.

Big plans for the future.
In 2018, we launched our sister company, Circle Auction. This added depth to our services and more positions for our team to grow into. We’re planning on expanding our estate sale services in the Kansas City area. As the company continues to grow, there will be new opportunities for team members to be promoted into new roles and responsibilities.

As a Cataloger, you’ll work alongside your team lead, photographer, and senior cataloger to sort items, stage spaces, write clear and accurate listings, and help prepare the home for photography and customer pickup. Our company is multi-faceted and has lots of different areas in which our team members work. We’re always on the lookout for new quality team members. Are you skilled at photography and interested in working with unique and high-end items? We’re seeking an Auction Photographer to join our team. This mobile role will primarily focus on photographing estate items (art, furniture, jewelry, decor, fashion) inside homes across Kansas City for our online estate auctions.
The Jewelry Expert would be responsible for the pricing of the fine jewelry at Brown Button as well as all the jewelry at Circle Auction.
The support team is the “muscle” of our crew. They manage the majority of our furniture moves and drive our vans + trailers for furniture delivery and supplies drop offs. They move the majority of the furniture and large items in our houses during the staging process.
