Referral Program

To be eligible for a referral bonus, the referral form must be submitted before we are contacted by the person needing an estate sale. Referral bonuses will not be paid if the client reaches out to us prior to the form submission.

Example 1:
Sarah refers her neighbor by filling out the referral form on our website. Five days later, her neighbor calls us to schedule an estate sale consultation. We end up conducting the sale, which grosses $31,000. Since the referral form was submitted before we were contacted, Sarah receives a $300 referral bonus check as a thank-you.

Example 2:
We receive a call from a potential client inquiring about an estate sale. The next day, their friend John submits the referral form online. In this case, no referral bonus is paid because the form was submitted after the client reached out to us.

After the sale is completed and we’ve finalized our sale accounting. That typically happens 4–8 weeks after the initial referral.

We credit the first person to submit the form. Forms are time stamped so it’s easy for us to review who was first. Timing matters, so get that form in early!

Yes! There’s no cap on how many people you can refer (or how many bonuses you can earn).
