.Complete the form below and we’ll send you a delivery invoice. Please note that this invoice must be paid through Square, as we are unable to automatically charge the credit card on file for delivery invoices.
Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location (sometime further for an additional fee). You will receive a four-hour delivery window on the morning of the scheduled delivery day. The delivery team will also send a courtesy notification approximately 30 minutes before they arrive.
