This Mission Hills micro sale features a focused collection of contemporary furnishings, lighting, and décor from a $4.2M, 8,969 sq. ft. home. The sale includes approximately 20 lots with designer lighting, upholstered seating, bedroom furnishings, and decorative accents. Highlights include Visual Comfort “Adele” chandeliers and table lamps, Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams chairs, furniture purchased from Nell Hills, an Orion milk glass globe six-light chandelier, a king-size upholstered bed, Made Goods “Conrad” nightstands, a contemporary sideboard, and a hand-knotted area rug.
Item pickup is Tuesday, June 9th in Mission Hills, KS (66208). Specific times to be determined.
All winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup time slot. The sign up link will be emailed to you.
Items not picked up will be donated to a good cause. We’re not able to issue refunds or make exceptions. Thanks for understanding.
Delivery is available for most local bidders, depending on your location. If you win, we’ll send you all the delivery details by email.
Bidding opens Tuesday, June 2nd and runs through Friday, June 5th.
This is a timed auction. Items start closing on Friday at 7pm, one every 30 seconds. If a bid comes in during those final 30 seconds, an extra minute is added to that item’s time.
There’s a 15% buyer’s premium on all items. So if you win something for $100, your total will come to $115.
Once the auction ends, we’ll email your invoice. To keep it easy, we’ll automatically charge the card you have on file – no cash, no checks, and no extra fees for using a credit card. Sales tax may be added based on the location of the sale.
