Wednesday Phone Purchasing: 

To extend the shopping opportunities for the sale, customers can sign up to purchase items over the phone: Wednesday Dec. 7th – the day before in person shopping begins.

Only items priced over $1,000 will be available to be purchased over the phone. Shipping will be available if needed.

To shop by phone, you must fill out our Phone Shopping Form and our team will call you Wednesday Dec. 7th.

Please ask about item condition on the phone as there are no refunds.

*Larger items like furniture are not available to be shipped*

Phone/Text Lines:

Due to the size of this sale and staffing limitations, we will be unable to answer phone calls or texts, or sell items over the phone during the in-person sale. If you cannot make it to the sale, you are welcome to submit an offer using our Make An Offer form and our team will let you know at the end of the day if that item is still available for purchase.

Limited Entry:

We will be limiting entry to the sale to 150 people at one time. Thank you for your understanding.

Security:

Due to the size of the estate sale, security will be onsite during the sale.

Untagged Items:

We will not sell untagged items during the estate sale.

Large Item Pickup: 

Due to the scale of this sale, larger items like furniture will need to be picked up the day after the sale: Saturday Dec. 10th.

Our team will not be available to load the majority of larger items out during the sale

Pricing: 

We photograph many of the price tags as an aid to our shoppers. Due to the volume and complexity of this sale, we expect a small handful of prices to change as we complete our price review process. Thank you for your understanding.
