This $3M Leawood modern farmhouse estate sale has ended. It showcased a stunning collection of high-end contemporary furnishings and curated design, with every room reflecting a refined modern aesthetic from the airy living spaces to the expansive outdoor areas. Highlights included designer furniture from Restoration Hardware, West Elm, Crate and Barrel, CB2, Jonathan Adler, and custom pieces by Ulah Interior Design, offering plush sectionals, sleek coffee tables, chic bar stools, and complete bedroom sets. Outdoor living was also beautifully appointed with upscale patio furnishings, a Traeger grill, and an outdoor heater. Families found upscale baby strollers, children’s ride-on cars, and thoughtfully selected decor throughout the home. Fitness and recreation offerings included a high-end MyT10 table tennis table and a Peloton bike, along with seasonal Christmas decor and a variety of contemporary accent pieces. This is a timed auction. Items start closing on Saturday at 7pm, one every 30 seconds. If a bid comes in during those final 30 seconds, an extra minute is added to that item’s time.
There’s a 15% buyer’s premium on all items. So if you win something for $100, your total will come to $115.
Once the auction ends, we’ll email your invoice. To keep it easy, we’ll automatically charge the card you have on file – no cash, no checks, and no extra fees for using a credit card. Sales tax may be added based on the location of the sale.
