This estate sale at a 10,600 sq. ft. Hallbrook home has ended. It featured an impressive collection of furniture, art, and décor purchased primarily from Madden-McFarland Interiors. The sale included dozens of Maitland-Smith pieces, large-scale oil paintings, and furniture by Baker, Hancock & Moore, and Sherrill. Other highlights were hand-knotted rugs, high-end electronics, décor from Theodore Alexander, Maitland-Smith, and Decorative Crafts, as well as oversized decorative urns. All winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup time slot. The sign up link will be emailed to you.
Items not picked up will be donated to a good cause. We’re not able to issue refunds or make exceptions. Thanks for understanding.
Delivery is available for most local bidders, depending on your location. If you win, we’ll send you all the delivery details by email.

This is a timed auction. Items start closing on Sunday at 7pm, one every 30 seconds. If a bid comes in during those final 30 seconds, an extra minute is added to that item’s time.
There’s a 15% buyer’s premium on all items. So if you win something for $100, your total will come to $115.
Once the auction ends, we’ll email your invoice. To keep it easy, we’ll automatically charge the card you have on file – no cash, no checks, and no extra fees for using a credit card. Sales tax may be added based on the location of the sale.
