This $1M Ward Parkway sale in Sunset Hills has ended. The sale offered a concise selection of furniture, original art, and household décor, reflecting a mix of traditional and contemporary pieces along with seasonal and practical items. It also included a selection of jewelry featuring 14k and 18k gold, sterling silver, and gemstones. This estate sale took place in March 2026 and is now closed. Highlights include a leather Ethan Allen sofa and Ethan Allen upholstered chairs, signed and limited edition prints by P. Buckley Moss and Jane Wooster Scott. A custom-built Indonesian daybed anchors the furniture selection, complemented by Young America by Stanley Furniture bedroom set, and a set of L.L. Bean blue Adirondack chairs. Also included are linens, tools and power equipment, dog accessories, and outdoor furniture.
The jewelry will include sterling cufflinks, a Judith Ripka sterling ring, diamond earrings, 14k & 18k gold earrings, bracelets, and pendants, plus many other jewelry pieces.
All winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup time slot. The sign up link will be emailed to you.
Items not picked up will be donated to a good cause. We’re not able to issue refunds or make exceptions. Thanks for understanding.
Delivery is available for most local bidders, depending on your location. If you win, we’ll send you all the delivery details by email.

This is a timed auction. Items start closing on Thursday at 7pm, one every 30 seconds. If a bid comes in during those final 30 seconds, an extra minute is added to that item’s time.
There’s a 15% buyer’s premium on all items. So if you win something for $100, your total will come to $115.
Once the auction ends, we’ll email your invoice. To keep it easy, we’ll automatically charge the card you have on file – no cash, no checks, and no extra fees for using a credit card. Sales tax may be added based on the location of the sale.
