This $1.5M, 6,000 sq. ft. estate in a gated Fenton community has ended. The sale featured an extensive collection of antiques, traditional furnishings, artwork, decorative accessories, and specialty collectibles. With enough furniture to furnish multiple homes, the collection offered room after room of quality pieces across a wide variety of categories for collectors, decorators, and everyday buyers alike. This is a timed auction. Items start closing on Sunday at 7pm, one every 30 seconds. If a bid comes in during those final 30 seconds, an extra minute is added to that item’s time.
There’s a 16% buyer’s premium on all items. So if you win something for $100, your total will come to $116.
