We regularly craft custom plans which may include auction, estate sale, consignment, donation management, and getting a home completely clean and empty so it can be sold. From a significant estate to a single item, here’s the four simple steps:
Send us photos.
Email us or fill out our 2-minute form. Tell us about your items and include a few photos. If it’s a significant collection, we’ll schedule a free home evaluation.
Pick up or drop off.
You can drop your items off or our team can come pick them up. We can even arrange picking up collections out of state.
We go to work.
We research, photograph, advertise, and promote our auctions locally, nationally, and internationally. Each auction is online for two weeks, allowing bidders to find the items they’re interested in.
You get paid.
After the auction, we send you a full accounting of each item and you receive payment.
