Ian Kennedy joined the Kansas City Royals in January 2016 as a starting pitcher, then finished his last two seasons with the team as a successful closer. During the 2019 season Kennedy recorded his 20th save of the year, ranking him as the sixth pitcher to have both a 20 win season and a 20 save season since saves were recorded starting in 1969. Kennedy pitched for the Royals through the 2020 season.

All proceeds from this estate sale will be donated to Consider The Lily, a non-profit organization in the Philippines that helps rescue girls from exploitation. 100% of sale proceeds will go straight to Consider The Lily’s mission of providing for these girls’ physical, emotional, and educational needs, while giving them a safe home. Since 2011, Consider The Lily has rescued 84 girls and currently has 50 girls living in its first home. A second home has recently been open that houses 4 girls, with the hopes to rescue more soon. If you would like to donate to this organization directly, you can do so here.

Special thanks to sponsor RMI Golf Carts for donating the golf cart to shuttle guests from street parking to the estate sale.
