This $1.6m 6,289 sq. ft. luxury house near Hyde Park features an eclectic mix of antique, art deco, designer, and contemporary furniture and decor. Highlights are furniture and decor from West Elm, Pottery Barn, Miles Talbott, Yamaha, items in the style of Herman Miller by Eames, Persian area rugs, Bellini Home and Garden, and an antique cast iron stove.
All items must be picked up on ___ (usually about two days after the auction ends – date to be confirmed).
All winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup time slot. The sign up link will be emailed to you.
Items not picked up will be donated to a good cause. We’re not able to issue refunds or make exceptions. Thanks for understanding.
Delivery is available for most local bidders, depending on your location. If you win, we’ll send you all the delivery details by email.
Bidding opens Friday, November 14th and runs through Tuesday, November 18th.
This is a timed auction. Items start closing on Tuesday at 7pm, one every 30 seconds. If a bid comes in during those final 30 seconds, an extra minute is added to that item’s time.
There’s a 15% buyer’s premium on all items. So if you win something for $100, your total will come to $115.
Once the auction ends, we’ll email your invoice. To keep it easy, we’ll automatically charge the card you have on file – no cash, no checks, and no extra fees for using a credit card. Sales tax may be added based on the location of the sale.
